Quick Answer: In Internet Roadtrip, an open voting round triggers every 10 seconds. The vehicle takes the maneuver (Straight, Left, Right, or U-Turn) with the majority vote. If your van gets stuck in a cul-de-sac or parking lot, rally fellow travelers to vote U-Turn to return to main highways.
Understanding the Voting System
Every 10 seconds, players cast their vote directly on the dashboard HUD. The direction receiving the most votes wins. If a vote ends in a tie, the system selects one of the tied directions at random.
Escaping Cul-de-Sacs and Loops
Suburban roads frequently end in circular dead ends. To escape:
- Vote for a U-Turn immediately upon spotting dead ends.
- At the subsequent intersection, vote for an opposite turn (e.g. Left if you originally came from the right).
- Follow painted lane dividers and larger asphalt widths to return to national highways.
Dashboard Radio and Chill Mode
Internet Roadtrip includes a built-in vintage Lo-Fi radio. Click the speaker toggle at the bottom of the interface to enjoy relaxing driving beats or mute the radio to play your personal tracks.
